Terms & Conditions

1. The Hayloft is a strictly no smoking area
2. A £25 charge per dog is payable once authorised by Gate Street
3. Vehicles must not be parked on the road outside The Hayloft but either in The Barn car park or in the overflow car park/field
4. No persons other than the names of all guests on the Booking Form are authorised to stay The Hayloft unless agreed by Gate Street before the stay
5. Any damage to The Hayloft throughout the stay MUST be reported immediately and damage costs paid when invoice submitted
6. 50% payment is required to secure the booking and 50% remaining payment is required no later than 1 month before the stay. Please use the initials HL, your surname & date of stay as reference e.g. HLSMITH311218

7. No refunds will be given if The Hayloft is not re-let
