Our beautiful Barn combines rustic simplicity with classic wedding elegance and forms the centrepiece of our modern farm wedding venue. Licensed for Civil Ceremonies, our wooden beamed barn is a slice of romantic old-world charm with contemporary comforts. As one of the leading outdoor barn wedding venues in the south-east, we provide a bespoke space for our couples. Offering the perfect setting for a romantic ceremony that will live long in the memory of your guests, the Barn is a unique wedding venue for discerning couples.
After your ceremony in the Barn, the space converts into a relaxed area for your wedding breakfast. Tables and chairs are included in the venue hire and can be arranged according to your preference. You can choose from our six different caterers who can provide everything from 3-course meals to sharing platters, feasting style banquets, festival-style food vans and BBQs.
The Barn can be decorated with elements and features that reflect your own personal style and budget.

After enjoying a romantic ceremony to remember in the rustic Barn, couples and their guests can head out to our stunning landscaped garden to enjoy drinks and take in the views or settle down in the Pheasantry with its convivial surroundings.

You and your guests can also stay at Gate Street, in our six onsite units situated just a few steps away from the heart of our venue. Ranging from the Farmhouse to the Shepherd’s hut, Gate Street can accommodate up to forty guests if you would like to take advantage of staying in such a beautiful location. This is an optional choice that we offer to our wedding parties, making Gate Street a leading choice among barn wedding venues with accommodation.
Accommodation
Nestled among bluebell paths, our hidden woodland location provides a truly unique wedding experience. Just a short wander from the main venue, the woodland structure can be decorated however you wish.
Both of our outdoor ceremony spaces, our Woodland and Farmhouse Avenue, are licensed for Civil Ceremonies, meaning you are legally able to be married here.
There is an additional charge to use this space to ensure we can maintain it’s natural beauty and charm.
Nestled within the landscaped Farmhouse gardens, our Farmhouse Avenue area is manicured and maintained as part of the Gate Street gardens and for use as an outdoor ceremony space. Surrounded by nature and overlooking the beautiful Surrey Hills, this area makes for a peaceful, unforgettable spot to host your ceremony.
There is no additional cost for the use of this space to Gate Street, however décor and furniture, including seating, is required to be provided by the hirer.

We offer two exclusive and stylish areas for you to 'get ready' for your special day. The recently refurbished Old Dairy & Tack room offer plenty of space, natural light and a relaxing environment for you to enjoy with your party ahead of the ceremony.
Our diverse venue means we've got you covered, whatever the weather. Log burners and covered areas, draped with fairy lights, make for the ultimate cosy Autumn/Winter wedding. The well-maintained gardens are stunning all year round, with plenty of unique spots for the perfect photo to be captured. In the warmer months, bifolding doors around the venue provide a hybrid experience with guests able to mix between the Orangery and the private gardens.
