MEET OUR SUPPLIERS

Meet our wonderful suppliers who will be on site and set up to showcase their services. We will be inviting some of our favourite florists, food vans, photographers and caterers, not to mention entertainment and decor providers.

REFRESHMENTS

Our venue bar will be open all day providing free teas & coffees. Soft drinks, juices, alcoholic beverages and fizz will be available to purchase - just in case you fancied something celebratory!

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

We will be open to the public by appointment only for first time visits. Appointment slots will be operating every half hour starting at 1pm and finishing at 4pm. You will need to book in a 30-minute time slot, during which, you will be greeted by a venue representative who will provide you with an information pack and an orientation on what to expect throughout your visit.

SELF-GUIDED TOUR

If you have your event booked with us or have viewed before, you will be given a venue map, which can be used to help guide your group through the venue, navigate the grounds and the accommodation units. We would love you to explore the venue at your own pace so, you can chat through ideas, options and scenarios with friends and family.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

As mentioned, this event will be open to the public but, by appointment only. Demand is always very high and we want to ensure that all booked and prospective couples secure a time slot!

FACILITIES

Parking is free and at the main entrance or for those wanting to park overnight, you can park in our overflow car park located opposite the venue main entrance.

Please bear in mind that due to our rural location, Uber and similar booking-apps do not work. Therefore please pre-book your taxis via one of our recommended companies: Waverley Cars (01483 385858), GM Cars (01483 566 566) or Five & Sixes (01483 565 656).

There is a wheelchair lift that can be used to access toilets and to help navigate the areas inside with ease.
