Honeybees
Honeybees are great pollinators and of integral importance in the food chain by pollinating food crops but also many wild trees, bushes and flowers. Our honeybees produce wonderful natural local honey in hives on the farm.

Lleyn Sheep
Lleyn sheep originate from the Lleyn peninsula in Wales and until the 1970’s were considered a rare breed within the UK. They are warm white in colour with wide foreheads and are renowned for their tremendous mothering ability, ease of lambing, longevity, and prolificacy.

Longhorn Cattle
The English Longhorn traces its ancestry back to oxen used as draft animals in the 16th to 17th centuries in the north of England. They are easily recognizable due to the curving horns and for the distinctive white line that runs along the ridge of its back and down its tail.

Shepherds Hut

Orangery & Pheasantry
The Pheasantry is less formally known as the Bar area and is a stylish area for you to order your favourite tipples whilst cosying up by the log burner. The Orangery is our light & stylish walkway which connect the Barn to the Pheasantry and also leads into the Wedding Garden area.

The Barn is the heart of the venue. Built in the traditional style using wood from oak trees lost on the farm in the 1987 hurricane, the Barn boasts original, natural beams and is the ultimate rustic space. The Granary is our cosy connected space equipped with a log burner.

The Stable Flat is comprised of two double bedrooms with the option of setting up a sofa bed in the living area. A private garden offers stunning views of the Surrey Hills and is a perfect spot for an al fresco breakfast. The Stable Flat connect to the Tack Room if required making it an ideal choice for family or friends of the Bride.

The Mangalitsa pig
The Mangalitsa pig is known as ‘The Hairy Pig’, producing ‘The tastiest pork in the world’! It is a rare breed of pig from Hungary that has an unusual growth of curly hair over its body, akin to that of a sheep! Fleece colours come in black, red but with blond being the most common.

The Beech Hut
Our cosy Stork Hut has been relocated to the secluded field behind Farmhouse Avenue. Situated beneath the majestic Beech Tree we feel a more fitting name would now be 'The Beech Hut'. The Hut is equipped with an ensuite, kitchenette area, log burner and folding bed above the dining space.
